Shortly after its inception in 1979, SCWriP launched the publication of a literary journal/newsletter called PostSCWriP. Its purposes are to share the creative and technical writing of SCWriP Fellows and provide them with an opportunity to publish their work, and to help sustain the sense of community that begins in the Summer Institutes. 

PostSCWriP comes out twice a year, spring and fall, and is usually timed to announce the upcoming Renewals. Print copies are mailed to SCWriP Fellows, but recent editions are also available online. The journal includes articles of professional interest, poetry, short fiction, memoir, and essays, as well as news and announcements.  

We strive to make PostSCWriP a quality publication, an ongoing celebration of teachers as writers, and a venue for sharing ideas and expertise.  Submissions are welcome and encouraged.
