Dates: Each camp lasts two weeks (Monday-Friday) for a total of 10 days. Our summer 2011 Young Writers' Camps concluded July 23. Next year's camps will begin in July, dates TBD.

Times: This is a half-day camp, offering two daily sessions-the first from 9-12:30 p.m. and the second from 12-3:30 p.m.

Locations: We offer writing camps at three locations: UCSB, Oxnard College, and Cal Lutheran College.

Grade Levels: The Young Writers Camp Programs are designed to offer students in grades 3-9 many opportunities to explore the varied facets of writing, regardless of skill level.

Enrollment: Enrollment is limited, and is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. After returning your registration forms and payment, you will receive a letter confirming enrollment

Cost: The registration fee of $480 includes a T-shirt and all materials. 

Cancellation: Cancellations are subject to a $45 processing fee. No refunds are granted once camp begins. 

Scholarships: We offer a limited number of scholarships each year. Please contact us if you would like information about receiving a scholarship.
