Hi Laura, When you open a new blog writing space, you should see some links to the left of the writing block. One will say "Files & Media". Click that and it will give you an option to add photos, files, podcasts, videos, etc. The other link, related content, let's you associate other content on the site with your entry -- other blogs, wikis, events, etc.
