This interactive session will explore how sites are reorganizing their leadership and reprioritizing their investments to respond to the new landscape of NWP site work. With a focus on site sustainability, participants will consider the revisioning of site priorities, including how to sustain leadership in the short term with limited funds and how to engage new invitational summer institute fellows in the year-round work of the site.We anticipate lots of rich conversation with opportunities to continue our engagement via this forum and/or in other ways that we discover together!
