Thanks for sharing this. It was fascinating to toggle between your review, his response and then your Q&A session together. These kinds of dialogues are what make being a teacher so intriguing. And your dialogue is a great model for students, too, on how to engage in a discussion on an important topic, and do a close reading of a book, and find ways to articulate a reader's point of view while still valuing the writer's point of view.
